Colour Accuracy

All images, descriptive matter and specifications on the site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Colours may vary between the image(s) shown on screen and the physical item. Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of products that appear on the website, please be aware that all screen colour outputs are different.
As a small business I operate on a print to order basis, if you would like to ensure a colour match to a particular scheme, please contact me as I may be able to produce a bespoke colour way for you.
Product Orders
Delivery
Wallpaper UK delivery methods: Wallpaper is printed to order and despatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed For. I will contact you to keep you to date on expected delivery date. Please note at the moment printing time is around 3-4 weeks. As wallpaper is printed to order it is important to order from the same batch to ensure colour consistency. Unused(unopened/undamaged) rolls can be returned (please see instructions below). Part used rolls come in handy for up- cycling, as drawer or cupboard liners, or hung onto for repairs.
For larger projects only open 1 - 2 roll(s) at a time, inspect these before hanging to ensure no faults.

Free UK Delivery, unless otherwise stated, 4-5 days delivery
For International: Price to be confirmed at order – Standard Royal Mail International
Other items UK delivery methods: Postage costs are calculated for despatch with the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. Multiple orders over 2kg may be despatched by DPD. I will email your tracking details upon despatch.
International delivery methods: Wallpaper is printed to order and despatched by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed where available, or International Signed For. I will email your tracking details upon despatch. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns: The most important thing to me is for you to be happy with your product, so if you change your mind and wish to return an item, please notify me of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned, please return the item within 28 calendar days. Return of goods is at the customer's expense. Once the item is received I will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Faulty goods: If you do find a fault with an item, please contact me as soon as possible and I will issue a replacement or a refund as soon as the faulty goods are received back into stock. I will refund you any postage costs associated with returning a faulty item.
